'Your Hero' is a song about the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in men. Depression, anxiety and suicidal tendencies can manifest in many forms, not all of them recognisable to even the most familiar eye.

The song reaffirms that all-important message that it's okay to not be okay, and while reaching out may seem like an insurmountable task in the darkest of times, anyone can be your hero.

Please be aware that all proceeds from the sales of the single release of Your Hero will be donated directly to mind.org.uk, a mental health charity based in the UK.
